Mediterranean Herb Garden Simmer Pot

A Mediterranean herb garden simmer pot featuring a fragrant blend of lemon, sage, rosemary, basil, and thyme.

Ingredients

Scale

10-15 drops lemon oil
Small bunch fresh sage leaves
4-6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Small bunch fresh basil
Small bunch fresh thyme
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

Fill a large stock pot with water, allowing a few inches of space at the top. Whisk in the lemon oil.

Add all remaining ingredients to the pot.

Bring to a gentle simmer on the stovetop. Simmer over low heat for as long as desired, topping up with additional water as needed.
