Recipe by becky
An two-ingredient rosemary simple syrup made by infusing sprigs of fresh rosemary into a granulated sugar syrup.
240 milliliters water (1 cup)
4 6-inch sprigs fresh rosemary (about 8 grams)
200 grams granulated sugar (1 cup)
In a small saucepan, combine the water and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil. Stir in the granulated sugar and allow it to dissolve. Reduce heat. Simmer, without boiling, for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Cover and steep for 30 minutes.
Pass through a fine mesh strainer to remove the rosemary sprigs.

Use as desired. Store leftover simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
