A healthy yogurt dip recipe, perfect for dipping chips, or as a yogurt dip for veggies! Made with plain yogurt or Greek yogurt, vinegar, fresh parsley, and dried herbs and spices, this easy yogurt dip offers a less calorie-dense alternative to traditional chip dips.
300 grams plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt (2 5.3-ounce containers)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
15 grams chopped fresh parsley (1/2 cup), plus more to garnish
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Potato chips, crackers, or sliced raw vegetables, for dipping
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and cider vinegar.

Whisk in the parsley, followed by the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Serve immediately, or for a deeper flavor, refrigerate 30-60 minutes prior to serving.

Store leftover yogurt dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
