An easy iced lavender coffee recipe with cold brew coffee and lavender simple syrup.
2–3 teaspoons lavender simple syrup, or to taste
240 milliliters unsweetened cold brew coffee (1 cup)
Whole milk, cream, half-and-half, or plant milk of choice
Spoon 2-3 teaspoons lavender simple syrup (or more, to taste) into the bottom of a drinking glass. If your syrup is cold, stir in one tablespoon of warm water to prevent the syrup from seizing when you add the cold ingredients.
Add cold brew coffee, followed by ice.
Stir in whole milk, cream, half-and-half, or your favorite plant milk.
Serve immediately.
