A lavender London fog recipe made with Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and homemade lavender simple syrup.
240 milliliters (1 cup) boiling water
1 Earl Grey tea bag
2-3 teaspoons lavender simple syrup, or to taste
80 milliliters whole milk (1/3 cup)
Culinary dried lavender buds, to garnish
In a measuring cup, steep Earl Grey tea bag in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, warm the whole milk over low heat until steaming. Whisk briskly to froth, or froth with a milk frother.

Pour steeped tea into mug. Stir in lavender simple syrup.

Spoon or pour frothed milk over tea. Garnish with lavender buds.


Serve hot.
