Description

Strawberry fruit dip made with cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and freeze dried strawberries. Serve with sliced fruit, marshmallows, pretzels, or cookies!


Ingredients

175 grams full fat cream cheese (6 ounces), softened
150 grams confectioner’s sugar (1 1/4 cups)
2 teaspoons whole milk
8 grams freeze dried strawberry pieces (1/4 cup), plus more to garnish
1/4 teaspoon strawberry flavoring, or to taste
12 drops pink gel food coloring (optional)

Sliced fruit, pretzels, or cookies, to serve


Instructions

In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream cheese on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.

Mix in the confectioner’s sugar, alternating with the whole milk, and continue mixing until creamy and well combined.

Mix in the freeze dried strawberry pieces.

Mix in the strawberry flavoring. Taste and adjust flavoring as desired.

Mix in the pink gel food coloring, if using.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
