Christmas Chex Mix Recipe

A festive Christmas Chex mix recipe made with corn and rice cereal, pretzels, white chocolate, nuts, and holiday candy.

Ingredients

100 grams rice Chex cereal (3 cups)
100 grams corn Chex cereal (3 cups)
100 grams miniature pretzels or pretzel sticks (2 cups)
200 grams Christmas M&Ms (1 cup)
125 grams salted peanuts (1 cup)
340 grams white chocolate chips (12 ounces)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
50 grams Christmas sprinkles (1/4 cup)


Instructions

Line a half sheet rimmed baking tray with parchment. Set aside.

In a large bowl, stir together cereal, pretzels, M&Ms, and peanuts. Set aside.

Melt the white chocolate over a bain marie, or double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in the vegetable oil.

Drizzle half of the chocolate over cereal mixture. With a flexible rubber spatula, toss to combine, then drizzle remaining chocolate and toss to combine.

Stir in Christmas sprinkles.

Spread mixture over prepared tray. Set aside and allow to cool at room temperature.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
